Furnishing a hotel, a restaurant, or a holiday property is different from furnishing a living room. It involves quantities, a fixed opening date, and furniture that is subject to daily wear and tear. This page describes how a project inquiry with us proceeds and what is important.
Three criteria that matter in contract furnishing
Reorderability. A chair that is no longer available in two years becomes a problem as soon as one breaks. For projects, we prefer to select models from the current collection and, if necessary, keep reserves. Durability. An upholstery in a restaurant looks after one year like one in a living room after ten. For chairs and benches, the upholstery fabric and padding construction determine the lifespan. Color consistency across batches. If you order twenty chairs today and reorder five in a year, you will receive natural material from a different production batch. Therefore, it is better to order together.
How to submit an inquiry
Please send us the floor plan or room dimensions, the number of seats or rooms, and your target date to info@casa-luxury.de. We will check availability and delivery times for each item and get back to you with a proposal including a timeline. Afterwards, we will clarify samples and details, followed by a binding offer. Planning deadlines means calculating backwards
The mistake in almost every project is to calculate forward from the order date. The correct approach is the opposite: starting from the opening date, with a buffer for delivery and assembly, and ordering the slowest item first. Stocked goods arrive in 7 to 10 days, reordered goods in 4 to 6 weeks, and non-stocked goods in 10 to 12 weeks. Details can be found in the guide Eichholtz Delivery Time.
Delivery in waves
For larger quantities, a single delivery is rarely practical. Where should the goods be stored while construction is ongoing? A phased delivery is common: first the rooms that are finished, then the public areas, and finally lighting and accessories, which are installed only after painting. Please inform us early if intermediate storage is possible, as this changes the order of delivery.

Can you also plan, or only deliver?
We advise on selection, dimensions, materials, and durability. The architectural planning remains with your interior designer; we support their designs.
How long before opening should I inquire?
As early as possible. Allow up to 12 weeks for non-stocked items, plus a buffer for delivery and assembly. Three to four months lead time is realistic.
