Returns and Refunds

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. This page provides a brief overview of the process. The legally binding version can be found in our Cancellation Policy.

How to Return

Register your return. Use the button Cancel Contract in our footer, write to info@casa-luxury.de or call us at +49 201 36577487. Please provide your order number.
Arrange return shipping. We will confirm receipt and provide you with the return address. For freight forwarding goods, we will inform you of the costs in advance and coordinate the collection date. Please do not return freight forwarding goods unannounced, as they cannot be accepted otherwise.
Pack the goods. Please use the original packaging if possible. Furniture is delicate; secure packaging protects you from deductions due to loss of value.
Refund. As soon as we have received the goods or you have provided proof of shipment, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

Return Shipping Costs

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment. Smaller items can be returned as a parcel. Large and bulky furniture must be collected by a freight forwarder; the costs depend on size and weight and typically range between €89 and €240 within Germany. We will inform you of the exact amount before you make a decision.

Arrived Damaged?

Then you do not bear the costs. Please check the shipment upon delivery, note visible damages directly on the freight bill, and report them within 7 days to info@casa-luxury.de. We will arrange for replacement or refund and for collection.
