Shipping policy

We deliver within Germany, to the EU, and worldwide. All amounts include value-added tax. You will see the amount applicable to your order in the shopping cart before completing the order.

Delivery Times

In-stock items are shipped within 7 to 10 days. For items that we reorder, the delivery time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks; for out-of-stock items, it is about 10 to 12 weeks. The applicable delivery time for your item is stated in the technical specifications on the product page.

Shipping Methods

Smaller items are sent as insured parcels. Large and bulky furniture is shipped by freight forwarder on a pallet, insured to your desired address. The freight forwarder will arrange a delivery appointment with you in advance.

Europe outside the EU

Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain, and others: same as EU plus approximately 30% for customs and customs clearance. Customs duties and import VAT are borne by the recipient.

Outside Europe

Parcel up to 5 / 10 / 20 / 31.5 kg: 69 / 99 / 149 / 199 €. Freight forwarder small / medium / large: 1,699 / 1,800 / 2,299 €. Larger shipments upon request at info@casa-luxury.de.
