Shipping Costs Table

Here you will find all shipping costs, by destination country and weight. All amounts are final prices including VAT. The amount applicable to your order will also be displayed in the shopping cart before you complete the order. There will be no additional fees.

How it is calculated

The shipping weight including packaging is decisive. It is listed with each item in the technical specifications.
Smaller items are sent as an insured parcel.
Large and bulky furniture is sent by freight forwarder on a pallet, insured to your desired address. The freight forwarder will arrange a delivery date with you in advance. For bulky furniture, the larger of the actual and volumetric weight counts, to reflect the pallet size.
For multiple items, the total weight of the order is used.

Deliveries outside the EU

Customs duties and import VAT are borne by the recipient. These amounts are not included in the purchase price and not in the shipping costs mentioned above; they are levied by the customs of the destination country.

Transit Damage

Please check the shipment upon delivery. Report visible damage directly on the freight bill and inform us within 7 days at info@casa-luxury.de. This significantly facilitates the settlement process.
