Shipping and Delivery Times
Delivery Times
In-stock items are shipped within 7 to 10 days. For items that we reorder, the delivery time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks, and for out-of-stock items, it is about 10 to 12 weeks. The applicable delivery time for your item can be found in the technical specifications on the respective product page.
Shipping Methods
Smaller items are sent as an insured parcel. Large and bulky furniture is shipped by freight forwarder on a pallet, insured to your desired address. The freight forwarder will arrange a delivery appointment with you in advance.
Shipping Costs
The costs depend on the weight and size of the shipment. You can view the amount applicable to your order in the shopping cart before completing the order. All amounts include VAT.

Deliveries outside the EU
Customs duties and import VAT are borne by the recipient. These amounts are not included in the purchase price and are levied by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Transit Damage
Please inspect the shipment upon delivery. Report any visible damage directly on the freight bill and inform us within 7 days at info@casa-luxury.de. This significantly facilitates the claims process.
