Inspiration
Inspired by a fragment of a frieze, an 11th-century carved and painted terracotta panel from The Met collection, which was excavated from the Tepe Madrasa Mosque complex in Nishapur, Iran. The artwork's intricate star-and-polygon lattice—once painted in deep reds and blues—is reimagined here in the wall lamp's interlocking geometric pattern, translating ancient architectural artistry into a striking centerpiece for the contemporary home.
